Parcel Opening Policy

At Swag Kicks, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We are introducing a Parcel Inspection Policy that allows customers to open and inspect their parcels at the time of delivery. This service comes with a nominal fee of Rs. 90 to cover the additional logistics and handling costs associated with on-the-spot inspections.

Scope:

This policy is applicable for: All products, free shipping orders, on paid orders, all over Pakistan 

Procedure:

Customers opting to open and inspect their parcels at the time of delivery will be charged a non-refundable fee of Rs. 90 per parcel. 

The Parcel Inspection service is available for all standard delivery orders. 

This service is optional, and customers can choose whether to avail themselves of it during checkout. 

For all orders, the Parcel Inspection Fee will be added to the total order amount during the checkout process. 

Customers will be informed about the inspection fee before completing the payment. 

Only customers who have paid the inspection fee are eligible for on-the-spot parcel inspection. 

Upon delivery, customers who have opted for parcel inspection will be allowed to open and inspect their packages. 

If the customer accepts the parcel after opening, customer is liable to pay full amount. 

If the customer does not accept the parcel after opening, customer will not pay any amount.
